SB Salsa Test Batch #2

Postby Gator » Mon May 11, 2009 8:15 pm

The second version of the recipe will be shipped out to the test volunteers tomorrow. If possible try to closely match your first batch process (IE if you used Hunts diced tomatoes, use the same this time) so the results will be comparable...I made a few adjustments based on the feedback. I did not attempt to adjust the heat level allthough it may vary since the ingredients are different.

Let me know when you get it and have a chance to taste it.

Thanks everyone!
Gator

I appreciate being one of your testers, and am glad to see such responsiveness.

I cannot speak for all of them, but I'd suggest that it needs a testing about once a week, in perpetuity...

Definitely can't wait for the second batch. Problem with the first batch was I shared it with too many people. Not enough for myself.
