I watched a SB YouTube video on this and had to order it. The best thing is that is exactly how I cook my turkeys.

I am SO looking forward to this Thanksgiving.

Gator,

This brine was fantastic and I cooked the best bird I've ever made to date!

It was easy to prepare and the spice mix is spot-on for me. The bag is a great addition to the kit. It doesn't take up near as much fridge room as a brining bucket. Very well thought out. :salut:

I'm glad I ordered extra (feel a couple of whole chickens in my future)
