Got #28 for you.

1. Slice up some mushrooms.
2. Marinate in a teaspoon or 2 of Heat for 20 minutes.
3. Saute in a pan until cooked.

I did this tonight with Chipotle Heat. Much hotter than I expected, but *wow* were they good!

Do tell, my neighbor asked me, "what do you put this stuff on?" I said "everything", but decided I needed to be a little more specific for people who havent tried pepper sauce before. So I started making a list...Im looking for new ideas. :wink:

Please post the list when you get a chance. I'm sure there's a few new ideas there for most of us.

One use you might tell them about is in soups and sauces. It doesn't take much, and there might not even be any noticable heat, but 2-3 teaspoons in a pot of soup can really add a nice background tone. And just a dash in sauces can really brighten the flavors.

I coudn;t find much for lunch, so put a couple eggs in the pan, a sprinkle of Hoochie, then added about 1/2 to 3/4 tsp of Habenaro TX Heat and scrambled in with my eggs, and piled on some bread.

Good stuff there.

pizza does sound good.
Here is what I've put it on;

poached eggs
chicken
pork chop
pork tenderloin
baked tater
strip steak :oops:
green beans

I'm leanin to the chipotle and the cajun flavors. I think those 2 are my favorite
