Mr Joe, that is a nice order. I haven't had a chance to try the new HWH, but have tried all of the rest, and I am confident you will not be disappointed. The last brisket I did was with 1836 as a base, and a light sprinkling of SPG. It turned out spectacular.

Thanks for the tip. I have a brisket, a culotte steak, some short ribs and a chuck roll in the freezer. All from grass fed Angus cattle which I was able to buy directly from the farmer. Will try out the SB stuff on these.

All advices from you and the other pros in the forum are appreciated.

Had hoped to try it in the weekend but forecast says -6 Fahrenheit so I think I wait a little.

I tryed a StuckleBuster's bbq sauce once....I gotta say it was one of the best ever, maybe a little to sweet but just a personal taste ;)
