I think I saw that the Harris County Smokehouse is a distributer. You have any idea if they have a wide variety and how well they may be stocked?

I took a peek at their order, they ordered several of our most popular items. Would be interested to see how they are doing...

I am going to go by there when I get back form offshore and see what they have. I am doing a cook in August at a little private music festival, and need a few things. But figured I would try and support them since they just happen to be within a few miles of me. If they don't have what I am looking for then I will order it online. I'll let you know what I find out. But it will be a couple of weeks yet before I get in.

Went by there and had lunch today. They didn't have much out on display. Just some regular sauce and steak seasoning and some chili kits. Not sure if they have other stuff that isn't on display or not.

Thanks for the update they must have sold most of it..

Not sure, I guess I should have asked them. But they have an enourmous amount of there own product on display as well. I just placed me a small order on the website.

Yeah most joints push their own products first...

They have a wall that runs the length of the serving line. And it is full of jars of there own product. They did have a menu card of yours next to the steak seasoning which is what made me wonder if they have more items but have to ask for them?
