SB Texas Chili Kit

Postby OldUsedParts » Fri Jan 06, 2017 12:15 pm

Well, I used my first ever SuckleBuster's "award winning" Texas Chili Seasoning today and "I" am very pleased with the results. However, it may be too spicy for the Missus. The only tweeking I did of the Recipe on the back of the package was I added a can of Rotel's maters and green chilies and, instead of bell peppers, I used sweet capsicums (a Russ word) and one large de-veined and de-seeded Jalapeno.

Nice chilli oup, as my son would say, I'd smash that in a heartbeat.
I won't be making chilli or stews for a few months, in the middle of summer here. I'm enjoying it while I can.
