Thanks Sucklebusters

Postby Griffin » Mon Nov 05, 2012 8:57 am

This past weekend we attended and cooked at the Plano Eggfest and Sucklebusters was one of the sponsors. There was some stuff in the bags for the cooks and then my wife won one of the door prizes that was loaded with more stuff. All in all, this is what we walked away with just from Sucklebusters. Can't wait to try it.

(There was actually more stuff, I won a basket of goodies, but it must have been put together by Stubb's, plus some other stuff)

I'm eggcited. I've tried Hoochie Mama's before, but not these ones. Not sure what to do with the gunpowder....

Nice! The gunpowder is pure ground jalapeno powder. I sprinkle on things in place of salt (corn, macaroni, beans, blackeyed peas, etc...) to add some heat. Use sparingly. :)

Thanks. I was so tired after the fest and the after party that I haven't even opened them to taste yet. Looks like ribs will be in the rotation real soon.
