Looking for Test Cooks - need 15 (serious chili cooks only)

Hi folks,

I'm working on a "Chili Kit" which is actually a 2 dump competition chili recipe. I need 10 - 15 test cooks to try out the current recipe.

I will send out the kit with instructions and you will be expected to;

(a) cook a pot of chili within a couple weeks of receiving the kit.
(b) follow kit directions, aka don't deviate from the recipe
(c) provide feedback, good and/or bad

If you have cooked comp chili before, even better...

I'll take the first 10 - 15 PM with your mailing address. Kits will go out in about 1 to 2 weeks.

Thanks Toby - I would like to add that this is a "from scratch recipe". I started completely over for the Chili Kit - Im not using my existing chili seasoning.
