BIG thumbs up for Dan at Sucklebusters! I'd tried their rubs and sauces already and was impressed to say the least but check this out. I talked to Dan late Wednesday and asked a couple questions about shipping me some sauce and rubs. Thurs. morning I place my order on line and today(Fri) the stuff hits my front door via the big brown truck! I was shocked, not to even mention the email and updates I got on my order status. That my friends is how you do business. I normally wouldn't post this long winded but good customer service is hard to come by these days. Dan delivers, big time. Sent some sauce to a friends retirement party in Chicago, arrived exactly on time and everybody was blown away by the quality.
