So far - the favorite is smoked sausage on a hot dawg bun slathered up in the new sauce. OUTSTANDING.

It seems that the sauce may also lend itself as a binding agent for rubbing ribs & brisket before cooking, would love to hear some feedback on that.

Yes, we need to "adjust" the thickness slightly and then enter a few contests to see how it does this fall.

What tweaks did you do to the final product from the tester batch? Inquiring minds want to know...

Ah, yes the tweaks.

It wasn't hot enough, so I bumped that significantly.

It was also thin, so we thickened it up, maybe a little too thick - well see.

Also changed the base mustard recipe. The new recipe has a much deeper, richer taste in the mustard.

All that + nutritional analysis, packaging...ect.



Oh yeah, I also changed the name to SB Gold - Sweet & Spicy Mustard BBQ Sauce.
