SB Spicy Peach
Well last week I recieved my first order of the SB Spicy Peach, invited about 15 people over and started smoking about 12:30 on Saturday. I cooked 3 whole chickens, and 6 racks of spares. I seasoned all 6 racks my usual way and used the spicy peach as a finishing sauce on 3 racks. Had everyone try both and the ones that I brushed with the SB were gone before you knew it! So I went ahead and placed another order, this time I went with the gallon jug instead of the 12oz bottle and added an order of the hoochie mama rub as well. Only regret is I didnt brush the chickens with any! Didnt get any pics, which means ill have to cook more again real soon. Cant wait to try the hoochie mama rub, and possibly some of the other sauces.

Re: SB Spicy Peach
Thanks for the review, i'll have to get me some and try it out. thats one i havn't tried yet.
I can honestly say i have nothing but good things to say about all of SB's rubs and sauces i've tried and used. I'll be putting in a big order before i leave the desert so i'll be good and stocked up when i get home.
only problem i do have is deciding which one to use at cook time haha. not that thats a bad thing or anything haha.

Y'all don't forget about the chipotle sauce either. It's also a slam dunk!

Re: SB Spicy Peach
What would be the best way to make the spicy peach a tad bit thicker for brushng it on as a finishing sauce?

Re: SB Spicy Peach
Stir corn starch into enough water to make a paste, add to the BBQ sauce and bring to a slow boil, remove from heat. It will thicken more as it cools.
I'd say about 1/2 - 1 TBSP corn starch would do the whole bottle.
Or you can always cook it down slowly over heat and it will thicken...
