Sucklebuster's chili seasoning

Postby bracketracer » Fri Nov 04, 2011 10:25 pm

We bought one of Sucklebuster's seasoning sampler assortments. This one here: http://www.sucklebusters.com/seasoning- ... -p-88.html I've had time to try a few of them but I had to post about the chili seasoning. I followed the chili recipe on the package except where it said "sausage" I used Bob Evans zesty sausage and where it said "beef broth", I used only 8 oz of broth and I had about 8 oz of pan drippings left over from the last brisket I smoked. I had already separated the fat from the juice and froze it in an ice cube tray, then transferred the cubes to a freezer bag for storage. I have to tell you that this was the best chili I ever made! I will definitely be ordering more when I finish all these samples!
I'm going to try the fajita seasoning sample next!
