Got some Hootchie Mama rub

Postby Brisketeater » Wed Sep 07, 2011 12:46 am

I was up in Plano Tx and stopped at Collin Creek Mall, went into Texas Memories and bought a bottle of Hootchie Mama, I like it, has a subdued kick to it. 8) So far I have used it on chicken breasts and brisket, next up is a batch of country style ribs.

Mike, thanks very much for the business and especially the feed back! It is an all purpose BBQ Rub - enjoy it on everything!

I used it this week when we roasted Pumpkin seeds, also as a rub on chicken for the grill. Mighty fine
