sucklebusters

Postby maarten » Thu Apr 28, 2011 7:41 am

Hi I am maarten from the Netherlands and I love to smoke meat. I have an horizon smoker and a weber .This weekend was for the first time a bbq cook off with people from the KCS and there where BBQ teams from Belgium, Germany and Holland some teams where also at Jack Daniel's World Championship en the WC in Germany. I was there with a guy from the dutch BBQ forum and 2 other guys .We used all the rubs from Sucklebusters, and we've said to the team "if we have won 1 category 3 place we are happy". But we won 1 place in best chicken and 1 place in best ribs. That was AWESOME. Sucklebusters is the best and we want to start a BBQ team for next year for the dutch Championships.

We may have used a touch of sucklebusters in our recent rib walks. 8)
