The Mrs thinks the Medium is too hot for her, she'd toss me out if I snuck some of the Hot onto her plate. :lol:

I have an idea, but I have a quick question. Is this contest for making just tomato salsa in one of it's variations, or a recipe incorporating a packet or two of HOT salsa fixin's into the recipe?

I think you can use any recipe you want as long as you use the salsa packets. I would post over there and ask to be sure Eric.

Not a problem. I asked that question over there and got the same answer. I got my recipe submitted in time and now have a video. Rubbing hands together awaiting the outcome.

Even if they don't choose mine as the winner I'll post the recipe and video over in the sides and such section. I was pleased with the results.
