My Mom used to make a great slaw , gotta find that recipe , she added chunks of pinnapple in it , Dole or fresh what ever was on hand . She added just enough so the pinnapple wasnt over-powering the slaw . Will look for the recipe , got it someplace in one of my mess piles .
