Injection help
Ok, I'm planning a brisket for the superbowl. I've never injected but would like to try. Do you buy an injection marinade seperate? Do I have to make it myself? Any suggestions or good recipes to go with the sucklebusters comp rub? I really liked that hoochie mama too! Agh, Decisions!?! I just don't know anything about injections! Thanks.
