Smoked Cheesecloth Turkey Recipes

I Believe it was made with wine nnnnnnn......nnnn????????? also..Had this many years ago..
Crisp moist-delicious..smoked all day...Heavenly

Anyone have a recipe as such that will share? Thxs so much...
Please what wood chips did u smoke it in also?

Not too sure what your looking for, but I often take cheesecloth, soak it in either vinegar or butter and drape it over the turkeys as they smoke. This prevents the birds from becoming too dark. I remove the cloth for the last hour or so of the cook to allow the bird to brown.

This is how they normally turn out. This one was cooked using pecan at an average of 300°
