You can use it in chili.
We have also heated it up in some gravy and put it on some mashed potatoes, or even toast with some veggies.

Add to some drained slaw and make Egg Rolls,
Add to canned green chile,
Chop and to diced potatoes for hash,
Filling for burritos or tamales,
Calzones and,
Chop and add to Wild Rice for a nice side dish.

Another vote for chili. PP is also good on nachos.

I found some brisket in the freezer and have been making brisket nachos. Yum!

Being heavy smoke flavor, gotta add to the list :

Add to a crock of slow cook pintos;
Cabbage Rolls (just add to a stuffing mix, roll into cabbage, bake;
BBQ Lasagna;
Ranch Macaroni Salad (Add to cooked pasta, add chopped celery -n- onion, some crumbled cheddar, and some ranch dressing)
One Backwoods Fatboy, One Traeger Texas Grill, just looking for a trailer!
