Bean Soup - Longhorn Steaks and BBQ
I ate at a resturaunt in San Benito, TX this summer, not 100% on the name but it was Longhorn Steaks and BBQ, or something like that. The Bean Soup that they served was out of this world. IT tasted like it had a lot of brisket juice (drippings) or what have you. It was great. Does anyone have a recipe that gets close to that stuff. Thanks in advance.

A million ways to make a pot of beans... Sorry, I have not been to this place so I don't know how the beans tasted...
Check out this threas on ham and bean soup. Maybe you can adapt it using some juice from a smoked brisket.
