Fajita's Whole or Sliced ?
I have always done Fajitas inside on the stove, in a large skillet with the peppers and own-yawns all sliced up and ready for the tortilla wrap, but I'm thinking about Grilling them this time. Do Y'all recommend grilling the skirt steaks whole and then slice or put everything in a grilling pan/skillet and lay the heat and smoke to them

Grill that skirt whole. Don’t overcook and slice against the grain.

Slice it up, slice up the onions and peppers. Season with SPG, throw it in an aluminum pan. Throw it in the oven at noon. Go to the beer joint, come home and eat it at closing time. Won't matter how it taste because you won't remember it anyway.
