Dave I'm not a great big fan of boiled pork so I would start with pulled pork or leftover grilled pork then slow cook in the chicken stock and green chiles and tomatillos y spices. I'll bet it will contain some combination of:

Pork
Mild green chiles
Tomatillos
garlic
onions
cumin
coriander or cilantro
chili powder
of course salt and pepper.

I make a pork chili out of similar ingredients that has won some hearts, palates and awards.

Of course, the exact amounts of this and that are a trade secret and unkown to me. That's what I'm trying to copy.

That is what I have run into out here, no exact measurements. Just some of this some of that. But all of the basic ingredients have been listed here, sorry I couldn't be more help.

One other ingrediant that has made a huge differance in my green chili stew is to use a tbsp of green chili powder.

There is chili cook-off in town this Sunday. I wasn't going to enter but a friend just dropped off a whole bunch of chiles, so I guess I'm drafted. Better get a pound of PP out of the freezer.....

Not cheap mail order. I try to pick up a bunch anytime I'm up that way.
