I'm new here and my name is Joseph. I am wondering what are 3 things that I can bbq for my next cookout besides the traditional burgers and hot dogs. Also if you have a recipe in mind that is "Gluten Free" that would be perfect!

Well I think most meat is gluten free so no restrictions there.
Pork butt and ribs are always good and have compatible cook temps.
I allow 1.5 hr/lb on butts and 5 hr for ribs. May take less time but still good for planning.
You need a remote thermometer for the butt.
