Need Stuffed Shrimp Recipe
I picked up some canned crab white meat and I have some jumbo shrimps that I am wanting to stuff. Does anyone have a favorite recipe "OR technique" for doing these.

Grill?

I use this recipe when I do them, never needed to look elsewhere, they are full of flavor. However, they do need to chill out for 24 hrs before u cook em if u have the will power, they are well worth it.....

Well first you take them to Burger King, get them a bacon and cheese whopper, onion rings, and a strawberry banana smoothie. Now that hey are stuffed, boiled for three minutes, peel, and eat.

Well, Chris, Stuff Happened, and I haven't had a chance to do them yet. Hope to in a day or so if the War Dept. doesn't have alternative plans.

Re: Need Stuffed Shrimp Recipe
I would certainly be interested in a shrimp stuffing technique. The only one I know is stuffing them in my mouth!!

The recipe that the BBQ Boy's uses is almost like the one I use for the crab cake's.

1 Tsp Dijon or spicy mustard
2 Tsp worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup chopped chives
1/4 cup chopped green onions
2 Tsps old bay seasoning
1 cup saltines, crushed fine

1 Tsp Dijon or spicy mustard
2 Tsp worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup chopped chives
1/4 cup chopped green onions

Re: Need Stuffed Shrimp Recipe
Well, I literally "THREW together" what ingredients I had from several recipes, basically stressing the texture and spices but without measuring anything. After I dumped a can of Crab white meat in the bowl, I added some Holy Trinity (aka CajunTrinity/Basic Veggie Mix/or sauteed own-yawn, celery and sweet peppers) that I had prepared several weeks ago and had frozen in separate zippies. Then I started adding krushed keeblers, Progresso Crumbs, Old Bay, Slap Yo Mama, Dijon and Mayo until I got what I thought would not only taste good but hold in place while on top of the shrimps in the oven. The mix is chillin but it will only be for a few hours not 24.
(Note: I did not use Worst-Ever-Shore Sauce)
