they have some cheap beginner grinders with hopper attachments to stuff casings that you can test the waters with and not get too deep into equipment - - - not the best but they work - - - only reason I don't do sausages is because of not having a smoker that would handle enuff to mess with - - - used to have a friend that had a homemade smoke house but he's no longer with us mortals

Next time fry them with a dry dredge if three parts flour one part cornstarch. Salt to taste. Mississippi style. Trust me.
