If you cut the cores out of the individual sprouts they'll fall apart into piles of tiny little leaves.
Then,just quick saute w/grease and garlic.
Lotta work but worth it!

Brussel sprouts

FRY bacon cut or crumble after ñ drain some of the grease add washed brussel sprouts cut in half ñ cook add touch of butter parmesan cheese with garlic granular - salt ñ pepper to taste. Yum

Can add some sliced mushrooms also

Or after cooking add some melted cheese sauce like when making macaroni ñ cheese

GET creative. Think out of the box it is a cabbage family what goes good with cabbage?
Onions mushrooms tiny potatoes can be added above also.
