We usually do breakfast burritos. Just scramble a mess of eggs w/ some sausage and throw in whatever you want. Warm some tortillas and enjoy.

We always did camping eggs. Make some pan fried potatoes with onion and green peppers throw in a bunch of bacon when the spuds are fork tender mix in a bunch of eggs and scramble it all up together. Serve with some sour dough toast with real butter no margerine for us old farmers.
Thank You to all the fine folks here for all the tips and advice so I can now smoke a chunk of meat and folks actually eat it.

Try this out if you like cooking in a Dutch Oven. If I remember correctly it was a hit with the wife and kids and I enjoy the heck out of Dutch oven cooking.

Helped my boy scouts on there cooking merit badge this week, we cooked a cowboy breakfast, on a cast iron skillet, a lil oil, onions, bellpeppers, cut up taters, cut up smoked sausage, dozen eggs, and a package of shredded cheese, also had some boys that never had cooked spam on a skillet. Not a trace left, boys ate the stuff up. Wished we waited to do this in the fall, I was cooking at 7 in the evening and it was blazing hot.
We also make the burritos as well, easy cook on the stove JDean maple sausage ,eggs, cheese, picante sauce, and toast, good easy breakfast.
Have a great camping trip.
How bout some more beans Mr.Taggert? I'd say you've had enough!
