Sweet potato salad?

On another forum (or perhaps this one) some one mentioned sweet potato salad as a side, but never posted a recipe.

Anyone have one?

Anyone heard of sweet potato salad? I would worry they would be too mushy, but very curious.

I have had it made with sweet pickles in it and did not like it.....

If you cook ( boil or bake ) the sweet potato whole and then cool overnight in the frig, before dicing it and mixing it with other ingredients it shouldn't be mushy. I would think it would be good tasting. :D :D
