First, Happy early 4th of July to all!! I hope everyone enjoys some grilling, smoking, drinking, etc.!!!
My wife loves smoked bologna and I have never attempted this before. Could all of you seasoned veterans out there give me some pointers on what to do. She just bought a 3 lb log at the grocery store so that it all I have for my first attempt. Just need suggestions on rubs, cooking temp, internal temp, etc.
Any pointers would be greatly appreciated.

Yea, we do it all the time. Take the casing off and make two deep lengthwise cuts so it can expand as it heats up. Smoke it for 30 minutes or so and get some color on it, a little char. Then slather it with your favorite BBQ sauce and cook for another 30 minutes to one hour. Get that sauce to thicken up. Then slice and enjoy.

I wrap mine in bacon and rub with Big Ron's Hint Of Houston.
