Im looking for a new pork loin recipe can anyone help? Thanks

Butterfly it and put onions, jalapeno sausage, jalapenos, cream cheese and whatever else you want in there. Then wrap it up and rub the outside with a dry rub and smoke that bad boy up. You can also wrap that whole thing in bacon if you would like.

Here is a pork tenderloin I did for the holidays. Cranberry sauce and stove top stuffing. This was for a Christmas party I catered last year.
On a mission to show the Wife a Good BBQ is worth the money.

Well now jus how fancy you wanna git? You can butterfly the loin and then pound the whey outta it to flatten it up. Then stuff as the pic above shows. Stuff with dressing of yore choice, pecans & dried cranberries. Afore ya stuff it and after its pounded out inject with apple cider spiked with some salt to taste. After stuffin, roll it up into the pinwheel and tie with cotton twine. Cover with a good spicey pork rub and smoke till 140 degrees internal temp. Startin at 140 degrees internal temp, start glazin with a mixture of Apricot or Orange marmalade mixed with black cherry jelly. The heat will melt this mixture into a glaze. Once internal temp reaches 145 degrees remove, let rest & slice for serving. Good eats for sure! Serve will grilled asparagas spears.
