Need Recipe for a Smoked Side Dish

I was thinking of some kind of casserole that does well with being smoked along side the meat. Any experience with something like that?

can smoke most any of them, I cover them all, as it get's too smokey quick.

I like smoked mac and cheese. Potatoes Au Gratin, most any of them will work,, just pay attention to cook time and temp. i usualy get them done, then smoke them to worm them back up to serve.

Good call. Didn't know if there was a "go to" dish on the smoker or if it was pretty universal
