Greek/ Mediterranean Seasoning
Do any of you guys happen to know of a good "Greek/ Mediterranean Rub" I can try? I'm wanting to try a little twist with bbq chicken by using a Greek or Mediterranean rub as something different rather than a traditional bbq style rub. I've tried Cavender's in the past, but I'm looking for something new. Any recommendations from some you guys may have tried in the past??

Re: Greek/ Mediterranean Seasoning
Make up a batch of this.
DMR (DatsBBQ Mediterranean Rub)
1/4 cup Dried Rosemary leaves (crush it up as best you can)
1/4 Kosher Salt
1 T Granulated Garlic
1 T Oregano
2 T Fresh course ground Black Pepper
2 T Thyme
3 dashes Ground Sage
1 dash Ground White Pepper
I usually give the bird a light shower in Lemon juice before the rubbing.
Inspired by a dish I once at a restaurant in Boulder named "The Med". 1/2 chicken, crusted with Rosemary & ???, then grilled. This rub is a fairly decent interpretation of that flavor profile.

Now Dat sounds interesting; I am thinking DatsBBQ Med Chicken for a new twist for this Friday night grub.
