Re: Horseradish Help
* 1 cup peeled and cubed horseradish root
* 3/4 cup white vinegar
* 2 teaspoons white sugar
* 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions
1. In an electric food processor or blender, process horseradish root, vinegar, sugar and salt. Carefully remove the cover of the processor or blender, keeping your face away from the container. Cover and store the horseradish in the refrigerator.
or were you looking for something different that starting with the root? say horseradish already processed and in a jar?

Re: Horseradish Help
For prepared horseradish Schnitzius is the good brand it has been made in north Texas for 100 years. I can't tell you where it is sold but check local stores.
Oops I see that you are in a portion of north Texas yet to be annexed .... Schnitzius is a national brand but I suspect it may be harder to find there.

Re: Horseradish Help
Me and the wife like Beaver Brand Extra Hot, we find it at Walmart. Good luck on the prime rib.
