It gets me ito so much trouble but within a month I used a 2 1/2 ft braid already so Im tossing fate into the wind *no pun intended* and I want MORE!! Ive been slicing off the ends of the heads and drizzling Rosemary Oil Oil and letting them soak for a few minutes then placing them in the oven for an hour at 375...Then I smash them up with a stick of butter. There has got to be more recipes for Garlic out there.
I also found some wicked pickled Garlic at Wal-Mart OMG... I stuffed a roast with the entire jar and tossed some pepperocinis in the crockpot with it and daaayng it made good sandwiches later. LOL
anyway if anyone has some recipes I could incorporate on the grill they sure would be appreciated!! Love that Garlic!!

Garlic ñ Creamy Squash
6 zucchini’s medium grated (Like to mix the squashes
6 garlic cloves minced
2 ½ T. butter
2 ½ T. garlic powder
2 ½ T. sour cream
1 tsp. thyme leaves chopped
Fresh pepper
Melt butter in skillet.
Add minced garlic – sauté over low heat for a little while
Add grated zucchini- garlic with thyme.
Stir frequently until zucchini are tender.
Remove from heat ñ stir in sour cream.
Season with fresh pepper.
Note~ sometimes I add little cream cheese or cheddar OR Mexican blend cheese with this.

Adobo Smoked Bacon with Garlicy Chicken
4 lbs. chicken breast
6 slices smoked bacon or any
12 garlic cloves peeled ñ sliced in half
½ c. white vinegar
½ c. soy sauce or use reduced sodium
½ c. water
Coarse ground black pepper to taste
Large skillet fry bacon –remove to towels to drain ñ brown chicken in some bacon grease- Remove chicken to paper towels ñ drain out fat from skillet.
Add garlic- soy sauce- vinegar- water ñ pepper.
Return chicken to skillet ñ crumble bacon or break into larger pieces.
Cover – simmer about 35-40 minutes until very tender. Turn chicken once during this time.
Make gravy if U choose too ñ serve with potatoes –rice or noodles.
Note~ Use either skin or skinless chicken ñ use any parts that U like.

4 to 6 garlic cloves minced to UR taste **
4 T. x- virgin olive oil
½ “ to 1” piece pepperoni –remove skin ñ dice fine
¼ c, roasted red peppers diced
2 tsp. cilantro leaves only chopped or use some parsley
Salt to taste
Heat olive oil in small skillet
Sauté garlic ñ pepper in olive oil until garlic is golden –NOT BURNT
Toss with cilantro or parsley
Notes~ add some heavy cream to this for rich creamy sauce . Great over veggies
Or seafood. This is good with the garlic roasted also

~Potatoes ñ Garlic
4 potatoes for roasting
4 roasted garlic cloves.
2 T. olive oil with some butter Oil.
Salt ñ pepper to taste
Little red crushe pepper flakes for ZING (optional or use little sweet basil to sprinkle all over tem
Preheat oven 425 ° F.
Wash potatoes cut them in half lengthwise. Cut each half into 3 slices Peel garlic cloves**
Mix oil with melted butter potato slices garlic cloves ñ salt in bowl until evenly coated.
Place potatoes garlic in a baking pan and bake 30-40 minutes.
Notes~ Use plain or roasted garlic for these
Variation of making these~ Plus ~Use pkg. Ranch Dressing ñ sprinkle over the oil ñ butter with garlic than bake
With added romano or parm grated cheese

Make mashed garlic potatoes
Sharkie USE UR infused rosemary on these potatoes!!
Throw in some mushrooms while baking these.

Sauté mushrooms ñ sliced onions with roasted garlic -roasted jalapeno's with gr. meat pouring over what ever or use as filling for a sanwhich or hamburgers

Sherry ñ Garlic Soup
10 to 12 garlic cloves peeled ñ sliced or roast them
5 c. beef broth
1 c. dry sherry
¼ c. olive oil.
French bread sliced ñ toasted.
Grated Romano or Parmesan cheese
Touch of cayenne pepper or nutmeg or both
Salt ñ pepper
Chives fresh diced (optional
Sauté garlic or use roasted garlic in olive oil until it turns golden.
Heat beef broth with sherry. When broth reaches boiling point- add garlic ñ olive oil.
Season with a little cayenne pepper -salt ñ pepper to taste; then simmer about 30 minutes.
Strain out garlic ñ reheat.
Sprinkle toasted French bread slices generously with grated cheese- then place them in 425°F oven about 3-4 minutes.
Place hot toast in bottom of soup dishes- pour soup over top. Garnish with fresh diced chives optional
Note~ add little light cream or cream frachiche for a creamy soup with more butter than oil.

How about garlic shrimp smothered in sliced mushrooms - sliced onions -cheddar cheese-salt n pepper with cayenne or red crushed pepper topped with roasted red peppers. Heck throw in some roasted green chilies also with a little cream frachiche n bake it.........YUM

There is making tapenade' s with garlic-onion-black olives or green or both with oil -lots of garlic mince all fine -spread on crackers-bread-flat bread-use in tortillas or in salads.
