Fresh peach juice
Thought you guys maybe able to help me come up a recipe for a sauce, I am open to plenty of ideas. My Mom has atleast a quart of fresh peach juice that she was going to make jelly with and is now not. I am looking for some ideas on a bbq sauce or marinade. Like I said above open to any ideas.

Thinking might have to get couple more peaches since U have only the juice..Never tried this but U didn't state what U was going to use it on with either.. so
Thinking EXPERIMENT need to know do U want glaze- sauce or marinade?? U stated sauce So...Just peach juice need some bulk not watered down juice..
get a couple really ripe peaches -cooked in little water or U case the juice till soften drain (will need some peaches for bulk if using for thicker glaze or pasty
other wise just for a marinate.. won't need extra bulk.
Reserve water (IN UR CASE USE THE FRESH cooked PEACH JUICE
Place cooked peaches into blender with - bourbon- honey or a light corn syrup or brown sugar to tase..
Touch of salt
touch of either Serrano or habanero pepper
Maybe dash of Maggi or light soy sauce
Use little reserved peach juice or as much as U like all in a blender than cook it a little first. let it cool n taste it
Maybe a squeeze of fresh lime or some cilantro. Blend well taste n adjust flavors
I would experiment with different mixtures in just a little tiny cups first to see what tastes with what.
maybe a touch of oil also or melted butter

Or use a cointeau or peach liquor instead of burbon..just a little

Most welcome n don't forget to let us know how it turned out n what u used it on..Know any pork -wild pheasant-duck-dove should be good with peaches.. Had a really juicy NECTRINE last night n thought one with those peaches would be good.
Also Yep U are right DATsBBQ bourbon is good any time --even when sick--couple shots of bourbon with honey in tea..

A friend of mine cooks her ribs with peach jelly. I put apple juice in when I'm cooking...peach juice would probably be a great substitute.
