Smoked Mac n cheese
Stated by CJATE Got this off another forum. Under sides n such Macaroni and Cheese Aug 26-2007
Make your mac however you like, (I did E-Z mac because it was just that, easy) pour in pan, set in fridge, so that it sets up solid
Dump on cookie sheet so that it's a brick. Set in smoker low heat for 1 ½ hr.
Really nice crust/flavor.
Some one wanted to know the smoker temp n reply was About 225° in smoker.
