moink balls???

whats some simple types of these things?? would like to give it a try here soon..... thanks....

Pick up a pack of cooked frozen meatballs, wrap em in bacon and grill till the bacon is crisp. Then dunk em in your favorite BBQ sauce and put back on the grill to caramelize the sauce a bit. When you take them off dunk em in the sauce again and serve.

Be careful - some have been known to knock our a couple teeth licking their chops. :)

i laughed only because of my location.........down here i only wish i could find cooked frozen meat balls. but we do have hamburger meat. so some type of this should work huh??

24 Make Ur own meatballs to size desired or Pre-made meatballs (thawed Prefer making mine
12 slices Bacon
Ur favorite rub

~ Glaze
1 c. Raspberry Preserves seedless works best make use preserve melts well
1/4 c. Balsamic Vinegar
3 garlic cloves minced extra fine
Chipotles seeded chopped remember these are hot in the sauce so go lightly n always can add

Cut 12 slices of bacon in half creating 24 slices.
Wrap each meatball with a slice of bacon -secure with a toothpick.
Season generously with any rub of choice or favorite BBQ rub.
Smoke 225° F. until bacon has become crisp to your likeness.

Using glaze -smoke an additional 10 minutes.

Note ~ smoke about 90 minutes extra 10 minutes with the sauce
Or grill or bake those puppies

Sooooooo Dats a Moink .I thought Moinks were a cross between a Mole and a Mink . Larned sumpin agin today. :D
I got First Place in Every Cook Off I ever Entered.
But the Judges most of the Time Gave the Prizes to Someone Else

Nope - maybe a little so you can stab em but they don't need to be thawed
