Anyone smoked trout? I have some cleaned and gutted. I've done slamon, but not trout.

never smoked it, but i have some coming from Wyoming in a week... might have to give it a try

Shure have stuff with lemon and dill, salt and pepper inside and out and smoke at 225 for about 1 1/2- 2hrs they come out great.
