Christmas pies

Postby ChileFarmer » Mon Dec 24, 2007 2:26 pm

Just finished baking some Texas Pecan Pies, And an Apple Crisp pie.
Fresh apples for the apple pie with a mix topping. Yea, I know I cheated.
Bet it will be good anyway. CF

Now I must say, you can't go wrong with sweetpotato pie. Wife makes them, much better than me. Did I just say that? CF

Are you all talking about those sweet potato casseroles with pecans in it and semi melted marshmallows on top? My mouth is watering all over the screen.
Wife made 2 pecan pies this afternoon, but no sweet potato ones yet.
