AMARETTO AMBROSIA
8 C. of fresh fruit (grapes, strawberries, apples, oranges)
1 can pineapple chunks, don't drain
1 C. chopped pecans
1 small bag coconut (I prefer canned; it seems to be more moist & not dried out)
1 C. amaretto liqueur
1/2 C. honey
3 T. cinnamon
Mix fresh fruit, pineapple, pecans, coconut, amaretto liqueur, honey and cinnamon. I even add cherries sometimes. Put mixture in a fancy dessert dish. I've put this in my trifle bowl so you can see the whole thing. This is the kind of dessert you can throw in what you like or is available; as long as it goes with the amaretto.
