40 Oreo cookies
1/3 c. butter melted
8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
3 T. sugar or use Splenda that is equivalent to 3 T. sugar
12 oz. strawberry yogurt
1 c. strawberries, pureed
8 oz. container cool whip
Using food processor or blender - pulse cookies 1 minute. Mix crumbs ñ butter-together-
press mixture into bottom ñ up the sides of spring-form pan.
Beat well cream cheese ñ sugar 1 minute or so. Reduce speed- add yogurt ñ fold strawberry puree. Fold in 2 cups cool whip -spoon berry mixture into crust. Freeze 3 hours.
When ready to serve top with remaining cool whip. Garnish with halved strawberries ñ chocolate curls.
Note~ this is so good on these hot humid n more hot humid days!
