Postby 2PUPs » Sun Jan 17, 2010 9:54 am

This is very easy to make , and its great when you have a cold , just heat up a cup and sip away .

Heat one gallon apple juice . Do not exceed 150 degrees .

Add 1 cup of honey

2 tsps cinnamon oil

2 tsps of nutmeg

stir ubtil disolved .

Once all is disolved remove from heat and let cool down to room temp. Add one fifth of either rum , vodka , or shine if available . Rum is best , spiced rum . Place in jars and let set for two weeks.
