Re: Cream Cheese Sauce with Half n Half
I found I posted this wrong
Here it correctly sorry was brought to my attention
'Jalapeno Dip Hj's

1 container Philly "whipped" cream cheese in the container 8 ozs.
chicken base in container (to taste- not much like make a 1/2 tsp. to start with n go from there -it can be salty if u use too much. I used(Better Than Bouillion Chicken Base
garlic granular to taste
1 to 2 Jalapeno's or serrano's seeded diced
Blend in blender or food processer to mix well n the jalapenos will be blended in or I just dice them really fine n hand mix it all together.
add if needed -just a little half n half or cream-(not very much n it makes this dip go further n smoother
Will look like whip butter when finished.
Use as a dip with any chips-crackers- or rice crackers or on burrito's -top of quesadilla's or as dip for mini chimi's -chicken wings -good on pancakes also if you thin it down or on cooked meats or veggies.
Notes ~ sometimes I use Monterey seasoning with this n add cayenne pepper. Enjoy
Get creative!

Re: Cream Cheese Sauce with Half n Half
I also call it Jalapeno Dip Hj's depending if I making dip out of it or making a sauce than I called cream cheese Sauce with half n half
Just remember for more of a sauce add more half n half to consistency U want n less half n half for a dip.
Remember also that the bullion is really salty so go slow with it.
Jalapeno's seem to not be as hot in winter months either -use more or less seedless.
Can add almost anything to it n taste good. My pinches are close to measurements ......sometimes just experiment with it.
Good hot or cold..
Always asked to make this
