Cornbread Salad

1 pan cooked cornbread
1 pint mayonaise
2 stalks celery, chopped
1 large bell pepper, chopped
1 small can chopped pimentos
1 cup chopped green onions
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 large tomato, diced

Crumble cornbread into large bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate until well chilled and serve.

Stan I havent tried it this way. If you add some chicken stock to that recipe, and cook it for a bit you almost have my dressing recipe. Just add Turkey or a Hen and lets eat. Thanks for the ideas!!!

The name doesn't sound to appetizing to me, but I was surprised at how good it is.
