Pizza Portabello Mushrooms n Toppings

Wash either large large or mini's for these Pizza Portabello's
Medium size for party appetizers n huge large ones for a side dish with meat or snack..

Made these last night

Wash portabello's dry - oil outside n in lightly with olive oil spray or Crisco Butter spray.
These I seasoned outside n in little salt-garlic granular-little onion powder
Added Pizza sauce (use home made or brought sauce- inside the cap

In a bowl mix the following all together or some of the ingredients n stuff those puppies!

Romano Cheese grated on top of sauce
than any of mixture below:
Stuffing~
onions-chop fine or use onion powder
garlic chop fine or garlic granular
black or green olives chop
green or red pepper chop very fine
regular cheddar cheese grated

Topping
Very thin thin slice tomato little salt -pepper or red crushed pepper
sprinkle with little sweet basil ontop of tomato with Mozzarella grated
Lay an anchovie on top

Add sliced thin pepperoni they make tiny ones sliced now or slice your own
sausage chopped** smaller portabello's will have to mix with stuffing cutting very small.
Red crushed pepper flakes or serve on the side.

Or try Candian bacon with pineapple...cheese n etc.

or
just several cheeses mixed with onion powder garlic granular-n cayenne pepper..
or
jalapeno or use roasted green chilies with little shredded beef n cheese just like a quesadilla.


Bake 425 F. on cookie sheet lined with foil till done.

Grill as usual sitting on a hot plate.

My brain is going wild on how to make these now. Enjoy
