Corned Beef Hash Breakfast

1.5 bags of frozen shredded potatoes
1 can of Corned Beef
1 brown skin onion
1/2 cup butter
10 slices bacon
1 medium firm tomatoe, chopped
2 cloves of crushed garlic (optional
5 green onion chopped
Add some jalapeno seeded -diced

Saute onions, bacon and garlic until onions are soft, but not mushy
add in corned beef, saute until soft and mixed with onion/bacon mixture well
add tomatoes with jalapeno diced
Toss in frozen potatoes and mix in but do not mush it up-kind of blend it is- not to make it into mashed potoes.
Add butter so mixture does not stick to pot or burn- butter keeps things moist- ice in the potatoes will help it stay moist too -at the end before serving, add the green onions to mixture.

Hash should be firm-not hard-not mushy.

This is a filling addition to breakfast-very hearty.
