1 T. cornstarch
2 eggs
1- 2 T. sugar or ur taste
¼ cup butter melted
1) 12 oz. can of evaporated milk
1) 17 oz. can cream style corn
½ to ¾ cup frozen corn optional
salt- pepper n little garlic granular to taste
Mix together cornstarch eggs with sugar. Add
butter- milk with corn-Stir -season n stir again. Place in a buttered or sprayed 2 quart
baking dish or similar size - bake 325° F. -1 hour or until firm. Makes 6-8 servings.
