Not a side but a GREAT NEW CONCEPT-Want to share with all
Has anyone tried eating taco's this way? They are delicious-sounds weird- but try them. The flavors are great with any way they are made. Not fried. Fresh -lighter tasting.
What a great new concept..crunchy -sweet peppery taste -healthier-pliable-less calories n less fattening. The creator is Robert Babrick -owner of Carefree Station Grill and Bar n his Chef Thomas Nasworthy makes these.
Make any taco from peeled jicama -sliced very thin or your liking with a mandolin. Using any ingredients inside as a regular taco (from meats-poultry-fish-seafood to carne asada with any condiments (lettuce-cabbage-salsa. They are great. Make any sandwich with them also.
Big hit here. Enchilada's okay but Great for making taco's.
Made cold with a great snappy crunch. Enjoy
