Gucamole
2 avocado's ripe large peeled chunk or mash*
jalapeno seeded n diced fine or use 1/2 to 1 serrano not seeded diced fine
1-2 green onion with few stems diced fine
garlic granular to taste
Salt to taste
A few drops of lime or lemon juice
Adding sour cream with make gucamole go further n have a rich flavor~
few cilantro leaves only chopped
Place all ingredients "EXCEPT cilantro" in food processor- pulse to your liking. Add more lemon or lime as necessary until sauce is the consistency of thick cream. *Or mash by hand for chunky style
Add the cilantro -pulse until just blended.
Can add more ingredients for colorful ñ flavor
diced plum or Roma tomatoes
cubes little cheddar cheese
black olives sliced
red onion diced
red crushed pepper flakes little to spice it up if not using jalapeno or serrano peppers
give it a smoky taste with a tad of chipotle powder!
