1 can black beans drained
1 Can black-eyed peas with jalapeno drained
1 Can whole kernel corn drained
2 Cans Rotel
1 Bunch green onions chopped
1 Bunch cilantro chopped
1/2 bottle zesty Italian dressing
salt and pepper to taste
chili powder to taste
Chill and serve.
